All conversation history is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not operate servers that store your messages or personal data. You can delete all conversations at any time directly within the App. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.

The App is designed for general health information only. Any health-related questions you ask are processed by the Google Gemini AI and are subject to Google's privacy practices. We strongly advise you not to submit sensitive personal health information (such as full name combined with detailed medical history) that you would not be comfortable sharing with a third-party AI service.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact support@onlinedoctor.cc and we will take appropriate action.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Conversations are stored only on your local device and are not transmitted to our servers. Communication with the Google Gemini API occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR in the EU). Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, most requests can be fulfilled by you directly within the App (e.g., deleting conversations).
